>You can put a check box in Name and it selects the all or pick individual
>Select the Email or Text Icon and follow the step to send the message you want.
BROADCAST
Select the group you are Broadcasting to and Medium
Use filters if you want to narrow the message down
>Status for Leads would be ACTIVE (these are the leads that have not been moved to Inactive for the reasons you have chosen to move them so they are not getting messages)
>Date Range (this will narrow down the leads to the Lead Date.
>Never Messaged-check or uncheck based on your need
>Message Template-you can pick one if you have it or just type one
>Send as-
Myself – you will get all the responses
Lead’s Assigned Rep – responses will go to the assigned Rep (this is the most commonly used if a Leader or Marketing person is sending out a message)
