Go to the Test-Campus
Student-pick a test student to add the Esign form to for testing
Note: if you type “Pre-“ in the select forms you will get the forms that need testing
Add the document and follow all the steps to test the form and make sure it’s correct.
If the form is not correct-let Support desk know or set up a call to work throught them.
If the for is correct. Follow these steps to Approve, Activate, and Deploy to campus/es
>Go to Implementation
>Esign Documents tab
>Click the Edit icon
>Go to the bottom and check the Approved and Active box
>Click Submit
Deploy
>Click the Campus you want to deploy it to and submit
